Our goal is to draw out and develop the potential in students and to enlighten them to be more "humane" beings so that they can smoothly adapt themselves into the world.

We aim to produce capable individuals who can set their own goals and contribute themselves to their social community. Our objectives are to provide students with knowledge, communicative ability, and social skills.

We refer to "knowledge" as both the basic and the specialized, which serve as necessary assets to develop students into capable social individuals. "Communicative ability" includes verbal communicative skills, writing skills, and computer skills. "Social skills" include a sense of self-reliance and an ability to cultivate better human relationships with others in society.

Finally, through our highly supportive career development programs, our institution aims to guarantee that all students will fulfill their career or educational goals after graduation.
