Engineering (Undergraduate)

Department of Mechanical and Electrical Systems Engineering

Although KUAS Engineering consists of only a single department, Mechanical and Electrical Systems Engineering, we offer an interdisciplinary and highly versatile curriculum that allows students to become engineers with remarkable skills in a variety of fields essential to modern engineering.
Mechanical and Electrical Systems Engineering focuses on the intelligent technology platforms essential to addressing the global challenges of fields such as the environment, energy efficiency, mobility, infrastructure, sustainability, population management, disaster prevention and relief, food production, and large energy generation systems. This technology also fuels innovation in fields such as electric vehicles, industrial robots, drones, AI-driven machinery, and motor-related solutions. KUAS offers a high degree of diversity in academic specialization so that students can be engulfed in knowledge in a multitude of fields and sufficiently respond to the demands of well-rounded engineers. Our courses cover topics such as Design and Production, Robotics, Materials, Mechanics, Control, Energy, Electromagnetics, Ionics, Instrumentation, Circuits, Actuators, Devices, and Communication.
